Your expertise may lie in strategic planning, risk management, asset lifecycle decision-making, or a blend of disciplines. Ideally, you hold IAM certifications (Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management) or equivalent qualifications that showcase your expertise. Developing Asset Management Professionals (Graduate – Consultant) You have a passion for asset management and some experience in an infrastructure sector. Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, we value your enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn. A degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field is beneficial, but your drive to grow is just as important. Where You’ll Work. These roles are available across our UK & Ireland offices, with hybrid working options that allow for a mix of office collaboration, home working, and on-site client engagement. Join Us. Make an Impact. Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team of 670 experts across the UK & Ireland, including asset managers, civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers. Work on projects from concept to completion —from small initiatives to large-scale ventures that define the industry’s future. At AECOM, we don’t just build infrastructure—we build careers, communities, and a better tomorrow. If you have a background in asset management—especially in the water sector—we want to hear from you. Submit your CV, and we’ll consider your application for current and future opportunities.
