E are a small busy nursery in Stretford requires a full time Deputy manager. To hold a NVQ 3 or above in early years.
What is the purpose of the job?
The role of the Co Manager is to assist the Nursery Manager on a day today basis and to provide exceptional leadership and management of the setting alongside the manager.
The manager will train the right candidate to become a Co Manager
In the absence of the manager, you will be expected to carry out the day to day management duties.
Criteria
Qualifications: Level 3 or above
Experience: 1 year
Ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained
Complying with all regulatory requirements I.e. Ofsted
Statutory framework
