Implementation Specialist

Job Description:
The Implementation specialist will work with our client services team to deliver new project implementations and re-implementations for existing clients, reporting to the Implementation Manager. Working closely with our Subject Matter Experts, the Implementation specialist will drive structure, project delivery, and client services delivery. This role requires a confident leader who excels working within a team, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment, and delivers projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, possess excellent leadership skills, and be committed to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with delivering existing client re-implementation projects and work on new site implementations from initiation to completion.
2. Collaborate with the client Services team to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with client objectives.
3. Drive process re-alignment initiatives and deliver training programs tailored to client needs.
4. Be involved with the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
5. Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling new products and services during project execution.
6. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Complete a minimum of 1 implementation & 2 re-implementations per half year, on time and within budget. 90% success metric.
2. Requirement for a minimum score of 85% satisfaction on product training quality.
3. Increase project profitability by improving margins by 10% through process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, or other efficiency measures.
Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with proven success in working with cross-functional teams.
2. Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
Working Hours:
1. 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
2. Occasional weekend work when required.
3. Flexible working hours required, regular travel within the UK and abroad.
4. Attendance at company meetings/events as requested.
Salary & Benefits:
1. Basic Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (experience dependant).
2. OTE: £50,000+ (Commission paid on successful delivery of KPI’s per implementation).
3. Travel: Required as part of the role, UK and Internationally.
4. Commission: Paid quarterly in arrears.
5. Benefits: Private healthcare option and pension contribution.
