Female Support Worker

£23,264 per annum (pro rata), full and part time hours available
Candidates must hold a full UK manual driving license due to the needs of the people we support.
We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly supportive team in Ashtead, Surrey. We provide support to 4 residents with different support needs to live a good quality of life. You will be working with a well-established team who will support, guide and coach you to help to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.

Helping the People We Support to get ready for their day
Encouraging People We Support to learn new skills in the home and community
Assisting People We Support to leave the house for days out, shopping and Day Centres
Helping People We Support to feel happy and comfortable within their home
Encouraging People We Support to engage with social activities and connect with family and friends.
Assisting the People We Support to keep their home clean, tidy and functional.

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
