As a key member of our Project Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination & planning of our engineering deliverables for BMS (Building Management System), in close collaboration with our customers & project stakeholders. Accountable for the execution of the project inline with the contract and specification. A high degree of collaboration, proactivity & agility are key attributes for the role, to ensure we successfully deliver the highest levels of quality & customer satisfaction, in what is a very fast paced & dynamic environment. The role needs to operate at a high level of co-ordination with – excellent communication skills will be required. We offer our customer various solutions from our EcoStruxure range, in highly standardised configuration, subsequently knowledge of at least one of our EcoStruxure offers is preferred. However, the core requirement for the role will be to have demonstrable experience in the successful organisation & delivery of engineering deliverables of a relevant automation discipline, to agreed deadlines & priorities. Our projects often include the integration of other services including Lighting, Fire and Access Control. Your knowledge of these systems will be a great asset to your role within the team Your duties will include: Principle point of contact, on assigned projects, with customer & key stakeholders for all delivery activity Successful delivery of projects within assigned area of responsibility, ensuring we achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction resulting in business growth in our targeted areas. Ensure a high degree of collaboration and teamwork is established between project team & all stakeholders to maximise success of project. Establish proactive internal & external communication, including necessary meetings, formal progress reporting, identification of any key issues and resolution of same in a timely manner. Overall ownership of delivery plans to achieve the customers defined programme & deadlines. Including dynamic review and update of progress, co-ordination with all parties and establishment of any recovery actions in event of delays or disruption Prepare & update resource planning across all projects in close co-ordination with department managers, based on project deadlines, progress made & resource capacity Monitoring of costs incurred vs. progress made on all projects, highlighting potential overspends coordinating mitigation plans as required to prevent GM slippage. Organise task assignment to remote engineering support & production teams to ensure deliverable milestones are achieved About you\: Ideally qualified to recognised Project Management qualifications & demonstrable experience in an applicable BMS Engineering role. Be able to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in project management practices within the BMS segment or similar. Knowledge and training within the BMS segment with Engineering application of HVAC systems. Experience and knowledge of environmental systems connected to the BMS including Lighting, Access Control.
