Main duties of the job
This is an interesting and varied jobrole, and your duties will include, Supporting the efficient and effective working of the Trust PatientInformation Group, ensuring effective and efficient processes are in place Reviewing documents to ensure they meet the latest information standards Organising and supporting training and meetings Manage the diaries and correspondence of the Engagement and Inclusion Team The role is 16 hours per week, days and times are flexible, based on site atRotherham Hospital. Essential
1. Experience in organising online meetings.
2. Able to work on own initiative effectively prioritise and organise own work, whilst understanding the need to seek advice when necessary
3. Literacy and keyboard skills
4. Experience in handling sensitive & confidential information

5. Experience of working in a customer care environment
knowledge

6. Knowledge of IT software, including MS Teams
