As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Making critical clinical decisions
- Assessing and developing person-centered care plans
- Providing safe nursing care, including administering medication and dressings
- Managing residents' medical conditions
- Helping and mentoring your team to create a safe environment for all
