If you’re currently working in care and feeling frustrated by rushed schedules and not having the time to give people the attention they deserve, we get it and we’re different.
Our person-centred approach means you’ll have the time to really connect with Dave, building meaningful relationships and helping Dave live their best life. Everyone’s unique, and we believe in empowering him to live life on their own terms. You'll work a mixture of shifts to support Dave, who is transitioning to his new home, on a 24/7 rota, including sleep-ins.
No experience in health and social care? That’s absolutely fine. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to get up to speed, whether you’re just starting out or looking for a change.
We’re looking for compassionate people who can roll with the punches and work well in a team. You’ll be helping to create a space where everyone feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive.

* Plan fun outings and activities to keep things exciting

* Build strong relationships with Dave, recognising what makes him unique

Experience is very welcome but not essential. If you have the right attitude, excellent customer relation skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. We will provide full training and you will be working alongside an experienced team whilst you learn.
