Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Relocation Consultant, based in London with some work from home acceptable. Management of clients’ relocation programs to ensure high quality services are provided to the client and its transferring employees. Functional responsibility for management of assigned clients’ relocation programs to ensure adherence to profit/loss control guidelines established within the relocation program and that pre-established service levels are reached and maintained. Also responsible for implementing account management strategies, conducting client reviews, prepare reports, manage team members, and provide feedback to management to facilitate supplier management issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with assignees and corporate clients during the relocation process
* Maintain existing clients through account support when required
* Contact assignee within fixed time period to discuss requirements and advise on process
* Coordinating all services (DSP, Removal, Temp Accom, Immigration, etc.) related to the transfer process to ensure the smooth running of the assignees relocation
* Organise home search programme – carry out telephone searches for suitable properties, select and brief consultant, put together itineraries, and email same to consultants and clients
* Carry out lease negotiations and produce or check tenancy agreements
* Arrange inventory check-ins/check-outs
* Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, landlords, inventory clerks, cleaners and affiliated service providers
* Notifying councils and utility companies for move-ins and move-outs
* Carrying out and advising on school search for incoming assignees
* Handling finalisation process, booking cleaners and inventory clerks, liaising with agents, negotiating refund of deposit
* Client expense management, arranging and recording bill payments, producing monthly or quarterly expenditure statements
* Updating and developing forms and factsheets
