Responsibilities / Duties: Take full responsibility for profitable growth: development of an annual sales strategy / forecast. Management of the senior leadership team, sales, production, engineering, supply chain, finance Ensure company sales, margins, costs are achieved. Build and maintain customer relationships with key accounts as well as involved in business development for big ticket Capex projects Ensure sales teams are performing to full capacity – training, development and recruitment. Monitor staff performance to ensure objectives are achieved. Ensure commercial support to the materials, engineering and quality functions. Management reviews and appraisals. Experience required: Forward thinking, dynamic and proactive. An inspirational leader, good motivator of people and able to influence culture and positive change. A proven track record of commercial leadership; either operating successfully as a Sales Manager or Commercial Leader, understanding of manufacturing, finance and operations the ability to become Managing Director Proven track record in building profitable sales of a technical engineered product, involving high level negotiations. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA preferred.
