99active is a growing real-world learning experience provider platform. We host an online portal for experienced providers across the globe to share their skills and talents with people in their local communities.
Originally set up in Germany, we are now expanding into the UK.
We’re on the lookout for sales representatives across the UK to help us grow and reach as many communities across the UK as possible. This role will allow you to develop your soft skills and engage in your local community and beyond. We’re looking for representatives for South England, the Midlands, North England, Scotland and Wales.

What You'll Do as a Partnership Manager
As a Partnership Manager, you play a key role in building our vision, connecting with people who have something valuable to share, and helping them bring their acts to life.
We don’t just list activities—we create acts: small-group experiences where people learn, create, and connect. From outdoor adventures to creative workshops, we help providers turn their skills into sustainable income.
We’re looking for Partnership Managers who can identify and onboard passionate providers—people who want to share their expertise through workshops, tours, and classes in their local regions.
In this role, you’ll actively:
Sell the 99active vision – Introduce potential providers to the platform and help them see the value in sharing their skills.
Onboard and support providers – Guide them through the process of creating their acts and setting up their profiles.
Grow the community – Identify great providers in areas such as:
* Outdoor Adventures – Guided hikes, foraging tours, kayaking experiences.
* Creative Workshops – Pottery, painting, calligraphy, and DIY crafts.
* Culinary Classes – Bread baking, pasta-making, and regional cuisine workshops.
* Wellness & Sports – Yoga, meditation, fitness boot camps, and Tai Chi.
* Photography & Digital Skills – Street photography, video editing, and social media workshops.
Consult & Advise – Help providers optimize their offerings for success.
Work independently – Take ownership of your outreach and sales efforts with flexibility.

This role allows you to work locally, in your own community, building connections with providers where you live.
Whether you're in the South, Central, or North England, Wales, or Scotland, you have the opportunity to grow a network of engaging local experiences.
This is a commission-based role which means your earning potential is uncapped.
The more providers you bring into 99active the more you earn. This model also allows you full flexibility around your schedule so whether you’re in it full-time or just want something on the side, is your choice.
Expected hours: Minimum 4 hours per week

Passionate about hands-on experiences – Whether it’s the outdoors, creative workshops, or fitness, you understand the value of real-world learning.
Background in sales or community building - This is not essential but is a big advantage.
