About this opportunity
Are you ready to join a dynamic team that helps people of all ages and backgrounds experience the benefits of outdoor learning and adventure? Cumbria Outdoors is a thriving service within Traded Services, offering a wide range of outdoor activities and residential opportunities across three fantastic sites.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients—from their initial inquiry to post-visit administration. Your work will help create memorable, impactful outdoor experiences while keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide exceptional front-line support to clients, managing everything from initial bookings and costings to final invoicing and post-visit follow-ups.
* Assist in developing new courses and programmes and help maintain a vibrant social media presence to promote Cumbria Outdoors to a wide audience.
* Create detailed, accurately costed activity programs tailored to clients’ needs and objectives, ensuring all agreements and contracts are finalised.
* Maintain organised systems for customer, personnel, and financial records (both electronic and manual).
* Handle financial processes, including expenditure, income transactions, petty cash, and requisitions, ensuring all align with CCC policies and procedures.
