The Client
A family-run business manufacturing a range of health and wellbeing products. As the owner has relocated to the EU to expand their market, we're looking for a trustworthy, proactive Office Administrator/Customer Service Executive to ensure the smooth running of UK operations. You'll work directly with the owner via video link and in-person during monthly visits, playing a vital role in both customer service and business administration.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied and exciting role where you will:
Customer Service & Sales Support
* Follow up with distributors and customers to ensure satisfaction with purchases
* Inform customers about additional products and services
* Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
* Provide administrative support to the owner, including drafting emails, memos, and reports
* Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and priorities
* Organise meetings, schedule appointments, and send reminders
* Answer phone calls professionally and courteously
* Maintain accurate business records, including those required for organic audits
Operations & Business Support
* Assist with stock control and order processing
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing
* Learn and use business software and website management tools (Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop)

While fluency in English is essential, additional European language skills are a bonus.
