As a Weetabix Procurement Manager you will: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs across allocated categories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and business needs. Identify, negotiate, and onboard new suppliers while managing existing supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance. Implement best practice procurement processes, focusing on sustainability and innovation. Analyse market trends to make informed sourcing decisions and take appropriate risk mitigation actions. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with agreed terms, continuously seeking improvement opportunities. Utilise procurement technology for sourcing and spend management while providing insights through key performance indicators (KPIs).
