Chartham Primary School is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team working 2 days a week.

The successful candidate will:
* Be determined to provide the very best outcomes for the children they work with
* Be able to maintain positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
* Have effective communication skills, both oral and written
* Know how to effectively support children’s reading, writing, and maths knowledge and skills
* Work closely with class teachers to promote children’s learning and achievement
* Supervise children at more unstructured times of the school day, engaging them in games and social skills activities
* Demonstrate a willingness to take on board advice in order to develop further
