Customer Care Administrator
Join our team as a Customer Care Administrator and provide exceptional service to our German-speaking customers. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building relationships, resolving queries, and processing orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer queries and process incoming requests via phone and email management software.
* Process customer orders via various non-voice channels using in-house system software.
* Make outgoing phone calls to customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
* Develop relationships with customers and ensure high levels of retention.
* Participate in the ongoing development of Customer Care and contribute to personal learning and improvement.
Requirements:
* Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
