About the Role:
* Start Date: January 2024
* Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible options available)
* Pay Rate: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
* Work closely with teachers to support students with their academic and personal development.
* Assist students with additional needs, providing one-to-one or small group support to enhance their learning.
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support with classroom management and provide encouragement to keep students engaged.
* Contribute to the implementation of personalised learning plans and ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting.
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students’ needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teachers and other staff.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
* Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) support is desirable but not essential.
