In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join the UK Transformation Programme, the largest business transformation programme at Allianz. Its purpose is to harmonize, simplify, and scale Allianz assets across the entire Group to the benefit of OEs, employees, and ultimately, customers. This is a massive undertaking that puts Allianz at the forefront of industry innovation.
About The Role
The Business Change Manager will play a vital role and will ensure that the implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme is successfully managed from a business perspective.
Key Accountabilities:
* Creating a robust framework for implementing a series of transitional changes that move the organisation towards the desired end-state.
* Focusing on all aspects of the changes, including organisation, people, process, and platform.
* Bringing the changes to life for all stakeholders.
* Identifying training and communications needs.
* Delivering the changes through the framework to support the realization of business benefits.
* Managing changes to agreed timelines and budget.
About You
Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in a business change environment in progressively larger and more complex/high impact change programmes, with technical depth in:
* change management
* business transformation
* strategy development and implementation
* organisational design
A deep understanding of change management methodologies including:
* change delivery approaches
* change impact assessment
* cultural and behavioural change
Programme and project delivery, with extensive experience of leading teams and developing individuals. Excellent relationship building/influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
* Professionally qualified in Change Management.
