Head of Strategy & Policy Role: Head of Strategy & Policy Salary: £63,586 to £79,483 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday-Friday Location: Hybrid, working between our Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and home We are looking for a Head of Strategy & Policy to help lead the way. This is a key leadership role where you’ll develop and drive our corporate strategy, ensure our policies align with both internal priorities and external influences, and provide expert advice to our Board and Executive Team. Your ability to think strategically, analyse complex information, and engage with stakeholders at all levels will be essential. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, influencing decision-making and ensuring our strategy reflects the evolving needs of our customers and the wider housing sector. Who are we?
