As the eCommerce Manager, your primary responsibility will be to collaboratively develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy, including setting goals and implementing strategies to increase satisfaction, sales, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
You will be responsible for:
1. Optimizing the website, driving organic traffic growth, conversion rate growth, improving user experience, and ensuring the overall success of our online business.
2. Managing the end-to-end eCommerce strategy and operations, with the support of the e-com executive including website management, product listings inventory, and order fulfilment.
3. Optimising user experience (UX) and interface on the website to maximise conversion rates and improve customer retention.
4. Optimizing website navigation, checkout process, product recommendations, and customer support to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics, IT, and OMS provider, to ensure the seamless operation of the platform.
6. Capturing customer insights in the form of behavioural tracking, reviews, and feedback for website and wider business optimisation.
7. Supporting journeys for all audiences including consumers and businesses.
8. Utilising analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise ATV, CVR, and sales.
9. Continuously improving the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
10. Working closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to steer a diverse range of channels and strategies, including SEO, CRM, Affiliates, and Referrals, for the effective acquisition and retention of customers.
11. Working with an agency to optimize product listings and website content using relevant keywords and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility on search engines.
12. Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and coordinating with the demand team to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.
13. Working closely with the Buyer to create promotional campaigns.
To be considered, you must have a:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably with a retail background.
2. Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth and managing eCommerce platforms (preferably ShopifyPlus).
3. Proficiency in analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
