We are seeking a commercially aware Assistant Shop Manager for our Norwich Charity Shop and Bridal Boutique. As part of a small team, you will support the Shop Manager, in the day to day running of the shop, supervision of volunteers and making the most of donated items, including a wide range of beautiful bridal gowns and wedding attire. Engaging with the customers also includes cataloguing bridal gowns for online viewing, attending local wedding events and helping people choose a bridal gown or outfit for their special day.

About the role
If you have experience in retail, are able to supervise a small team and are looking to make a difference this could be ideal for you. The kindness of people is the only way that we can make a difference in the local community, and you can help us achieve this through being resourceful and responsive to the needs of volunteers and customers.
The working hours are 14 hours per week to be worked over 2 days including weekends. The salary is £8,456.91 to £8,522.81 per annum (£21,142.28 to £21,307.02 full time equivalent).
