Outbound Sales Advisor
£24,000 per annum plus unlimited commission
FULL TIME, 40 HOURS A WEEK, 8:50 am to 5:20 pm
On-Site in Crewe, H2e Commerce, Unit 13 Orion Park, Crewe, CW1 6NG

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join our busy and expanding team.
As a sales advisor, you will have direct, telephone contact with our customers. There is no cold calling in this role; all of our customers have reached out to us and you will provide good advice and offer great products. The conversations are varied: one minute you will be helping an individual and the next you will be advising a large business on their requirements. You will advise, remove any doubts and close the deal.
Main duties of the role:
1. Outbound sales calling
2. Promotion of own-brand products
3. Meet and exceed individual targets
4. Advise on customer queries and recommend suitable products
5. Build relationships with customers
6. Accurately maintain database
Skills Required:
1. Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
2. Naturally positive communicator, a real people person!
3. Problem solver, helpful nature
4. Able to multitask
5. Confident and enthusiastic with a friendly disposition
6. Team player
7. Positive 'can do' attitude
8. Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy
9. Competent with Excel
10. IT literate
11. The ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
