Accountant (9 month FTC)
Siemens Grid Software is currently recruiting for an Interim Accountant opportunity to join our Energy services business based in Nottingham for a period of 9 months. This role will work closely with the wider finance team and provide opportunities in a range of topics to support the business.
You will make a difference by:
* Perform month-end reporting and analysis in line with internal timetables.
* Responsible for making assigned month-end journal postings and submissions.
* Preparation of inputs for the annual tax pack process and RIC Controls.
* Support in process improvement initiatives across the wider finance team.
* Aid the annual budget and forecast process.
* Providing guidance and support training on topics within the team.
You will build on your existing expertise, including:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent / Part Qualified with relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
* Self-motivated and adaptable approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to effectively work independently as well as within teams.
* Adaptable and flexible approach to work.
