Job Overview
We are excited to offer the above opportunity at our popular 4 -19 special school for pupils with moderate, severe and complex learning difficulties, that include challenging behaviours and SEMH.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver exciting and engaging activities.
2. Communicate effectively and lead the class.
3. Work flexibly and collaborate with teaching assistants.
4. Teach within MLD, SLD, or Complex needs classes.
5. Utilize a range of teaching and learning strategies to positively impact children's progress.
6. Consider students' learning styles, communication, and sensory needs.
