You must have:
• completion of a competency-based care certificate including workbook AND
• a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Healthcare Support Worker in an acute hospital environment or 1 yrs Nursing/Care Home experience.

Successful applicants will work in a VARIETY of specialties across the Trust to cover short term needs. The role involves meeting both physical and psychological needs and therefore need to have a flexible approach working as part of a wider team.
Successful candidates must be available to attend a Mandatory Induction Programme (terms & conditions apply) which consists ofTWO FULL WEEK(Monday to Friday) plus two additional recall days.
