Animed Direct was established in 2010 and sells medicines, pet food and other animal related products to customers across the UK, as well as managing distribution of our growing number of own-brand medicines to our 450 surgeries across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Prescription Operations Administrator to join our business in a permanent role based at the group's head office in Diss, Norfolk. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our veterinary surgeons in assigning prescriptions to customer orders that are placed online. You will be expected to communicate with customers via email, and to clarify queries relating to orders. You will be fully trained in the use of our electronic prescription management system, ensuring that prescriptions are correctly assigned to the relevant order. You will liaise with the Customer Support team and our Pharmacy to ensure efficient processing of customers' orders.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid - (remote/ the office in Diss)
Key skills required include:
1. Good basic IT skills
2. Confidence to learn new skills including the use of our bespoke prescription management system
3. Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and be adaptable and able to work on their own initiative and to deadlines
As well as a salary of £11.44 per hour, you will receive:
