Webexpenses, a leader in SaaS expense management, is expanding and we are looking for someone with a passion for exceptional customer support to join our team.
In this role you will answer our customers’ system queries effectively and efficiently, enabling them to claim their expenses and get on with their job. You will provide this support via phone, email and chat. We take a collaborative approach to supporting our customers and have an escalation process to help you resolve the more technical queries.
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Dedication and experience in providing outstanding customer service and support.
* Experience of working with helpdesk software (advantageous).
