Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Receiving Specialist as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a reliable point person who will maintain communication with the Purchasing and the Warehouse team on any freight, shipping and receiving issues.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining clear communication with the warehouse, purchasing and logistics staff and assist in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, maintaining inventory levels, toolbox maintenance. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty:
Inbound Receiving/Inventory:
1. Receive inbound deliveries (Fed-Ex, UPS, Common Carrier freight).
2. Verify delivered product quantities by corresponding with packing lists.
3. Photograph damaged goods upon receipt.
4. Before receiving damaged goods contact the Purchasing Manager.
5. Sign and stamp all packing lists and scan to DocuWare.
6. E-mail the Project Manager of all client product received.
7. Check in merchandise and affix with client labels.
8. Place all received RES and EMR inventory goods in proper locations or otherwise identified areas and place location in Syteline with proper inventory code (supplied by purchasing dept).
9. Place all received hardware stock on proper predetermined shelves in the stock room.
10. Place all aluminum materials in the proper location in the metal shop.
11. Any products for the Graphic production or the textile dept will be delivered as received.
12. All packing materials (cardboard/skids) received must be properly disposed of in the receptacles provided.
13. Cycle counts provided by Purchasing.
Inbound/Outbound Client Shipments:
1. Toolboxes must be tracked including toolbox release forms, “on the road” toolbox status, and return status.
2. Toolbox inventory maintenance. Ensure toolboxes are prepared to ship by deadline.
3. All signed BOL (by vendors or RES and/or EMR drivers must be returned to Logistics.
4. Incoming freight should be recorded, documented and placed in proper location.
General Warehousing:
1. Operate compound vehicles in safe, professional manner.
2. When going to lunch the back doors are to remain locked and dock doors closed.
3. The receiving area between dock doors 7-12 is the responsibility of the receiving Specialist. Cleanliness and order are always expected.
4. When inbound trucks are unloaded (RES and/or EMR trucks only) must be swept out and kept clean.
5. Any trailers (RES and/or EMR owned only) that have damage such as broken sidewall or bent metal rails must be reported to Production MGR for immediate refurbishment.
Experience and Education:
1. High School Diploma with two years of job-related experience, in a warehouse environment with inventory management.
2. Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
3. Previous ERP system experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around, use hands, use feet to walk and drive forklift, stand for long periods of time.
2. Must be able to push/pull/move/lift 75 pounds unassisted at times.
3. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $20/hour - $25/hour, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
