Job Description
Customer Service Specialist
* Review and update policies according to the company's standards.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain policy details and answer queries.
* Identify policy discrepancies and work towards a resolution.
* Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Specialist should have:
