Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified and passionate Teaching Assistant to support our classroom teachers in providing high-quality education and support to primary-aged children. The ideal candidate will have Level 3 childcare qualifications and a strong commitment to ensuring the welfare and progress of students. Key Responsibilities: Support class teachers with the delivery of the curriculum and classroom activities. Work with individuals or small groups of students to support learning and development. Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Help with the preparation and organisation of classroom resources. Provide emotional and pastoral support to students as needed. Observe and monitor student progress, reporting on achievements and areas for improvement. Support students with additional needs, ensuring they have full access to the curriculum. Person Specification: Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a primary school setting is desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
