GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic Sports Coachto work in School settings in Lincoln.
Job Summary:
* Coach is responsible for teaching the fundamental skills and techniques required for the sport.
* Coach helps students understand strategies, game plans, and the nuances of the sport.
* Coach implements fitness programs to improve students' overall physical health and sport-specific conditioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports lessons and activities
* Encourage and motivate students to participate and excel in physical education
* Organize and oversee school sports events and competitions
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
* Collaborate with other staff members to promote a holistic approach to education
Requirements:
* Relevant coaching qualifications or experience
* Passion for sports and working with children
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
* Commitment to the well-being and development of all students
