Part time - 25 hours
3 month contract to Permanent

Salary £30,000 pro rata

Our client is looking for an experienced payroll administrator to start immediately.
Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the Accounts department in collating and assessing all the payroll information
* Tracking hours worked for all employees.
* Chasing numerous departments and sites for hours and timesheets
* Confirming absenteeism / sickness etc.
* Entering payroll data into digital systems to send to the corporate head office to process
* Processing and dispensing employee payslips and P60s
Payroll Assistant / Officer Specific Skills:
* Good communication skills
* Effective interpersonal/management skills
* Above average critical thinking ability
* Sound knowledge of accounting basics and pensions desirable
* Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and Outlook skills are essential.
* Ideally experienced in using Payroll Software
* Experience of HR administration is desirable although not essential.
