Main Duties & Responsibilities Provide independent quality project oversight during the implementation and maintenance of electronic Quality Management Systems throughout the Uniphar On-Demand sector to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and other relevant standards as applicable. Provide guidance and support the business to ensure existing GxP regulations are adhered to throughout the project for example, supporting change management and periodic reviews. Support the delivery of the Uniphar On-Demand sector quality project plans in collaboration with Business, Technology and Head of Quality for Global on Demand and Global Quality Team Support the Head of Quality for Global on Demand working with existing group companies and new acquisitions to integrate their existing Quality Management System practices and platforms into the group solution. Engage, direct and supporting colleagues to participate in the Global Quality Management policies and systems Collaborate with the Head of Quality for Global on Demand and Global QMS Lead to assess and continually improve the global Quality Management System. Work with cross functional teams to ensure all the Quality Management procedures are documented Train the business and communicate the Quality Management System and project roll-out plans in collaboration with Global Central Quality. Support the drafting and implementation of risk assessments, SOPs and other regulatory documentation in line with approved Uniphar procedures. Promote a culture of quality excellence that encourages ethical conduct and commitment to compliance. SPECIFIC PROJECT DELIVERABLES Lead the migration of the BModesto Group onto an electronic Quality Management System (QPulse) Lead the projects which arise through new acquisitions to support the migration onto QPulse Other projects as required by line management Qualification, Experience & Skills Required Hands-on experience in working within Quality Management Systems Experience in understanding legal documentation, guidance and regulations and their practical implementation. Ability to communicate internally at all levels, able to translate between Business, Quality and Technical teams to ensure robust understanding and compliance. Regulatory, customer and commercial focus, able to ensure requirements of all parties are understood and delivered. An effective written communicator, able to deliver concise documentation and adapt writing style to audience as appropriate. Educated to degree level or higher. Understanding of EU & UK GDP/GMP legislation Qualification, Experience & Skills Desirable Experience in multiple regulatory and operational jurisdictions
