Dalton Recruitment is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join a national business and take responsibility for supporting the company in developing, managing and administering a robust compensation and benefits policy, providing key data and analysis to ensure that employee packages are competitive, equitable and in line with the relevant market conditions.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + 10% bonus + benefits
With a strong analytical mindset gained in previous Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward roles and with the support of a Reward Analyst the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the HR function with responsibilities including:
1. All annual reward cycle processes e.g., annual pay review, annual bonus, LTIP etc.
2. All benefit provisions e.g., private medical insurance, pension, long service awards, salary sacrifice schemes etc.
3. Grading methodology and matrix
4. KPI’s for the UK business as well as Group reporting
5. HR tools including Talentsoft, SAP, Zellis (reporting/dashboard)
6. Policies & procedures linked to compensation & benefits including Reward & Recognition schemes e.g., employee of the month
7. Maintain & develop the client’s brand and develop initiatives to drive their profile in the market.
