Programme Support\n\nPermanent\n\nReading (Hybrid 2-3 days)\n\nMBNL is owned equally by EE and Three, two of the UK's most recognisable and innovative mobile operators. Continuing to manage, maintain and enhance the best network in the UK, and delivering programmes and projects to time, cost and quality in a customer centric way is the core of what we do.\n\nThe Portfolio Management Group is a centre of excellence, managing the MBNL Portfolio of change projects and Operational delivery, to achieve the Outcomes of our internal Customers and Shareholders.\n\nThis role is responsible for providing support to the to the Programme and Project community, and helping to ensure that high standards of programme and project management are achieved in an efficient way throughout MBNL.\n\nThe role will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMG processes, tools and governance, to ensure that high standards of programme and project management are achieved in an efficient way throughout MBNL.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nContinuously monitor and track the schedule against the agreed controls, to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes within the agreed timelines (Deliverables, critical milestones etc).\nEnsure timely provision of accurate information in line with the agreed reporting cycles.\nFacilitate the administration of the governance and change control processes (Project Review Board packs, Investment Forum submissions).\nOrganise the Programme/Project SteerCo, key meetings, and workshops (Preparing agendas and packs to provide appropriate level insight focusing on key significant drivers for successful delivery).\nMaintenance of the Schedule, Financial forecasting in IFS, actions register and decisions log, RAID log and Sharepoint space.\nInterpret and respond appropriately to Programme/ Project requirements for support and information.\nProactively seek to identify ways to support the project team to ensure successful delivery.
\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nExperience of producing project plans, dependencies logs, resource usage across a Project.\nKnowledge in risk and issue management.\nStrong understanding of Financial management (forecast, commitments, accruals, actuals, and controls)\nExceptional Excel skills.\nGood self-management, information presentation and interpersonal communication.\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task.\nExperience of working in a project environment.\nFlexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. \n\nNice to have:\n\nProfessional Project management accreditations - P3O / Prince 2 / APMP\nKnowledge of financial process finance planning, forecast and project accounting.\nTelecoms experience \n\nMBNL - building strength through inclusion.\n\nAt MBNL we embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion.
