The Role
Our client's Infrastructure team delivers large-scale projects across utilities, gas and water pipelines, transport, rail, renewables, decarbonisation, highways, and bridges. They are looking for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their team, working on high-value projects typically exceeding £200m.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of pipe sizing, power consumption, and major infrastructure procurement. Experience with NEC and MF1 contracts is highly desirable.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Degree qualified - ideally in a construction or engineering-related discipline (Civil Engineering preferred)
* MRICS preferred (training support available if required)
* Pre- and post-contract experience within infrastructure/utilities projects
* Experience with high-value engineering projects, particularly in energy, utilities, highways, or transport
* Consultancy or main contractor experience is highly desirable
* Strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset
* Ability to challenge engineers in a technical environment and understand procurement processes in heavy engineering
* Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach
* Experience working in a client-facing environment with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
* Leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding junior team members
