We are looking for a full-time Lead Makeup Artist to join our fabulous team at Selfridges Exchange Square!

1. Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics from everyday looks to special events.
2. With training provided, maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team.
3. Share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service.
4. Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, understanding there is more to the customer experience than just selling.
5. Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards in your area.
6. Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day, potentially working in different departments.
7. Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
8. Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, playing an active role in preventing stock loss.
A bit about you
1. Experienced Makeup Artist with a minimum of 1 year's experience.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products.
3. A great communicator, positively engaging with all types of customers (domestic and international).
4. Well informed, developing excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of competitor activity.
5. Known to be a sales and service expert, delivering the extraordinary each time.
6. Flexible, responsive to business needs, and comfortable taking responsibility for tasks beyond role expectations.
