We are looking for a talented and dynamic Store Supervisor (40h) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Provide a personalized customer experience by selecting a range of products and offering expert styling advice.
Suggest appropriate additional items to enhance customer purchases.
Involvement in merchandising to maintain attractive visual displays.
Manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
Assist in processing deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their best performance.
Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
Strive to maximize store performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
Ensure customers receive top-quality service to foster customer loyalty and create a positive shopping experience.
As a key holder, the Store Supervisor will:
Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
Handle operational procedures, including supervising cleaning staff and setting alarms.
Keep the store's entry area clean and organized.
Ideal Profile:
Minimum 2 years in fashion retail as a Store Supervisor.
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
