The main responsibility of the role is the direct line management of the Revenue Collection Team, the Treasury Management Assistant Business Support Accountant. and the Corporate Income Officer, who manages the Banking and Income team (a team of ten in total). Accordingly, you will need to have proven experience of working in a busy team in a financial environment, in managing a medium sized team and delivering a service against agreed standards. You will also need the ability to motivate and lead a team as well as the ability to initiate change. This is a hybrid working role (a minimum of 1 days per week working in the office).
