We have a fantastic permanent opportunity with our award-winning client for a Direct to Consumer (D2C) Lead. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, revenue and consumer engagement through direct channels. You will work cross-functionally to build and optimise the D2C proposition, enhance the consumer experience, and maximise the potential of D2C business.
* You should have a track record in building D2C capability with the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholder and third parties.
* Experience of managing P&L for E-Commerce; deliver growth vs target revenue, profit and brand metrics by developing and implementing range of strategies and tactics to improve performance at each part of the consumer journey.
* Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end consumer journey, experience in brand building and creating engaging consumer experiences, both online and offline.
* Experience creating D2C strategies, including business models and propositions.
* A strong track record of partnering with brand, market, and consumer operations teams to ensure D2C initiatives complement overall brand and commercial performance.
* Oversee all aspects of D2C business model, including consumer journey design, website management, mobile-first user experience, product range, marketing, fulfilment, and customer service. This ensures a seamless and luxurious consumer experience.
