Your Role
We are seeking to recruit Business Support Apprentices to our Central Business Support Service that will be deployed on a rotation basis across our Children, Corporate, Environment services and our People and Organisational wider teams.
Apprentices will gain expertise in handling a variety of daily queries from internal and external customers through email or telephone contact points, spanning tasks like finance and invoicing, legal, addressing complaints, handling public requests, data entry into specialised systems, minute-taking, managing spreadsheets, and fulfilling reception duties.
About You
The role will involve handling sensitive and confidential information. Precision in data entry, strong communication abilities, and effective relationship building and customer service skills are vital for success in this position. Apprentices will demonstrate organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving abilities, effective time management, and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
