With increasing demand and need, the internal teams are scaling and currently seeking to hire a Junior Project Manager / PMO. The role will demand a well organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating, planning, and managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in project management and a desire to grow within the field. Key responsibilities for theJunior Project Manager / PMO: Assist in the planning and implementation of projects. Coordinate with team members and internal resources. Track project progress and handle any issues that arise. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects. Maintain project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. Participate in project meetings Assist with risk management and change management on projects. Support the Project Manager in presenting to stakeholders or clients when necessary. Ensure good communication with all stakeholders and provide updates as necessary. Qualifications and requirements for the J unior Project Manager / PMO role : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Some experience in project management or a related role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
