About the role: As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible bringing Attivo's brand story to life. You will be responsible for producing a diverse range of engaging digital content, including high-quality photography, videos, webinars, and podcasts, to captivate audiences and achieve business goals. This role will focus on crafting compelling short and long-form content for social media, the Attivo website, and advertising campaigns, as well as scripting, recording and editing things such as podcast episodes in collaboration with subject matter experts. We are looking for a creative and driven individual who is able to collaborate with our Marketing team to produce a consistent brand message across all platforms. This role will require you to analyse content performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance and optimise content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's tone, style, and brand identity. As a Digital Content Creator, you will also be responsible for managing content calendars and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring a timely delivery to meet business needs. About you: You are a highly creative and versatile content creator with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visuals. With 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, you have a strong portfolio to showcase your expertise in photography, videography, and animated graphics. Proficient in utilising editing software and tools, you are confident in planning, shooting, and editing high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with an ability to work with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate and deliver projects on time. You have a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication which allows you to produce content to engage audiences. Your understanding of social media platforms, trends, and SEO strategies enables you to craft stories that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. You have experience in podcast production, audio editing, and hosting webinars, and you're comfortable both behind and in-front of the camera, bringing a dynamic skillset to every project. Key Responsibilities include: Developing compelling short and long-form video content for social media, Attivo's website and advertising campaigns. Responsible for scripting, recording, and editing podcast episodes in collaboration with SME and other contributors. Experience in planning and publishing content across all social media channels, websites, email marketing campaigns and other digital platforms. Develop content that resonates with our target audience, focusing on brand values and lifestyle. Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to improve content across all platforms. Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ensuring that all content reflects Attivo's brand, tone and style. Collaboration with the Marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation. Collabaration with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all platforms. Experience in working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects in a timely manner. Create and host engaging webinars, this includes planning, scripting and coordinating guest speakers. Essential skills and experience At least 2 years experience of working within a similar role. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. At least 2 years' experience of digital content creation, photography and/or videography. Proficient in using photo and video editing software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro). Strong portfolio of digital content, which could include photography, videography, and animated graphics. Experience with podcast recording and audio editing tools. Ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in storytelling, with a creative eye for content aesthetics. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies. Experience behind and in-front of the camera, and in a hosting role for webinars and video content. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with agencies Desired skills and experience Experience with webinar platforms (such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Vimeo, Slido).
