We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic midday assistant to join our successful school to work with KS1 or Reception children during the lunch break.
The successful candidate will be:
* Able to develop positive relationships with pupils and use a variety of strategies to keep pupils engaged;
* Proactive, flexible, well-organised and willing to work collaboratively with other colleagues;
* Able to contribute to ensuring lunchtime is a safe and enjoyable experience for all pupils;
* Warm and caring, developing positive relationships with pupils;
* Proactive in promoting social skills and collaboration amongst children;
* Flexible and willing to take on a range of roles and responsibilities;
* Follow the schools’ key policies and procedures.
