Our client, a leading company in advanced engineering and technological solutions, is looking for accomplished Land/Engineering Surveyor to work on an inspiring long-term project in West Cumbria.
Assist the Lead Surveyor by prioritizing and carrying out survey tasks as required for the project.
Take ownership of surveying and setting out intricate systems, including civil, mechanical, and piping equipment.
Process survey data in the office to generate CAD drawings and survey reports.
Provide technical expertise and support to the project team as the subject matter expert.
Mentor and guide less experienced surveyors and engineers, teaching practical survey methods and best practices for setting out.
Ensure full understanding and adherence to project quality assurance protocols.

The role requires an individual experienced in surveying and set-out of complex large projects and must be;
Holds a degree or HND in Surveying or a related field.
Proficient in independently conducting a range of surveys, measurements, and Laser Scanning tasks using advanced surveying equipment and processing software.
Flexible, with the ability to work night shifts and/or weekends as needed.
Able to interpret project schedules and prioritize interdependent tasks effectively.
Holds a valid CSCS card.
D esign Tools/Software
Working knowledge of Navisworks and 3D BIM desirable
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, LSS, Leica Survey Equipment
Successful candidate Should be able to obtain high level of security clearance
