Project Management
(1) Completion and coordination of project related documentation.
(2) Production of specification and estimates
(3) Production of Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
(4) Administration of Resources and Coordination of Works.
(5) Site Inspections (Two per Month)
Client and Customer Relations
(1) Ensuring achievement of customer requirements.
(2) Enhancing customer satisfaction
(3) Determining customer additional requirements
(4) Problem resolution.
Health & Safety
(1) Prepare safety documentation including, Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements / Works Package Plans, Task Briefings
(2) Ensure implementation of 5C for Management on all contracts: Consult, Communicate, Competency, Coordinate, Co-operation.
(3) Administer sub-contractors competency evaluation and issue final approval.
(4) Apply and secure correct use of required permits, licenses and consents relating to programme
(5) Monitor working hours and evaluate any requested extensions over statutory limits.
(6) First line investigation of incidents and close calls
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ UK based experience working as an engineer in an APM role.
* Hold a qualification within a project management or engineering discipline.
* Experience and knowledge in drainage, lining and civil engineering construction techniques is desirable.
