We are seeking a Safeguarding Officer who can play a key role supporting students to maximise their personal well-being.
You will work collaboratively with other members of staff to support a case load of students identified as requiring safeguarding support.
You will identify and deliver appropriate interventions and act as one of the primary points of contact for staff who have concerns about students.
You will also participate positively in the school’s approach to anti-bullying, and ensure logs are completed and maintained in respect of bullying, hate crime & sexual harassment.
To be considered for this role, you will have some relevant experience of working with children and the drive and enthusiasm to inspire students, enabling them to achieve outstanding academic and personal progress.
Experience of handling large amounts of sensitive data and upholding the principles of confidentiality is essential.
You will also need awareness of local and national agencies that provide support for young people and their families.
