Use all your change building skills as you support our vital global mission When you join us in this important senior role itll be your responsibility to support the organisation and its people, to successfully shape, implement and embed organisational and culture change initiatives, ranging from restructuring to relocation to changes in the ways people work. Employing imaginative and effective approaches to project and change management, and making sure that people related risks and issues are mitigated and managed, youll also embed a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders will be key to your success, as will coaching our senior leaders in the skills theyll need to embed change across their teams. Youll have a wide range of additional responsibilities these include developing organisational change guidance, processes and templates that comply with our organisations policies, leading on the development of positive relationships with Trades Unions, and ensuring we meet all our legal obligations. Well also expect you to work with HR Business Partners and senior colleagues in supporting their teams through periods of change, with a focus on developing robust plans to address the people and legal implications arising from change projects and work with relevant teams to help formulate solutions that meet the development requirements that support new ways of working. Help to implement HR policies that protect the UKs interests around the world As an experienced Senior HR professional, youll have superb project management skills and a well developed understanding of how to lead the people aspects of complex change initiatives. You should have a background in employee relations with plenty of operational HR practical experience in complex organisations with experience of delivering organisational or cultural change. In addition to being capable of leading consultations and negotiations with Trades Unions, you should also have expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. An inspirational leader and networker with the ability to influence and challenge at junior and senior levels, youll have the skills to use data and evidence as you make effective decisions. A Level 7 CIPD qualification or its equivalent would be desirable, as would an understanding of Civil Service protocols, HR policies and controls, and any experience of working in a commercial environment would be an advantage. Experience of delivering organisational or cultural change.
