We are excited to represent a prominent Tax Advisory firm in Manchester in their search for a skilled administrative professional to join their expanding team. This position is a fantastic fit for an experienced administrator looking to work in a supportive and vibrant environment. It’s a full-time, office-based role, Monday through Friday.
About the Role
Working alongside the Office Executive Lead, this role is central to keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both day-to-day operations and client engagement processes. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, office coordination, and providing an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding & Compliance Support: Manage client onboarding by conducting ID and AML verifications, preparing engagement letters, and assisting with KYC and risk assessments.
2. Office Management: Oversee office needs, including facility maintenance, postal duties, and keeping track of office supplies.
3. Scheduling & Hospitality: Coordinate diary schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor management, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
4. Presentation & Proposal Assistance: Prepare presentations and proposals, working with senior team members to ensure brand consistency.
5. General Administrative Duties: Assist with invoicing, formatting documents, and other general office tasks as needed.
6. HR & Training Support: Provide support to the Operations Director with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and related HR tasks.
7. Event Coordination & CSR Activities: Assist in planning company events and supporting corporate social responsibility programs.
8. Health & Safety Compliance: Take part in health and safety measures, including First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a confident and organized professional with prior experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within professional services.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
1. Experience: Background in professional services administration is highly desirable.
2. Education: A qualification in Business Administration would be beneficial.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (intermediate considered) and good overall IT proficiency.
4. Personal Qualities: Dependable, team-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
6. Customer Service Mindset: A positive, client-focused approach.
7. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
