Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Supportive and Palliative Care team. The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of Supportive & Palliative Care in WUTH by working alongside a skilled, multidisciplinary team to ensure patients in hospital with life-limiting illness have the best possible experience of care, and good coordination of care at the point of hospital discharge. The post holder will also play a key role in caring for patients in the last days of life (including support for those close to them), and in supporting staff to deliver care for dying patients in keeping with local protocols and recognised best practice.
